How can I restore a missing windows file which has been deleted by an antivirus program ?

the file missing is the spool service for printer . now i can not install and use my printer . and I do not want to reinstall the whole windows . please help

Boot from your windows CD and choose repair install instead of full install. This will replace the windows files only and leave your documents and settings intact.
