How do i get rid of winfixer and antivirus xp 08? Is there a way to do it for free?

I tried AVG antivirus, but it doesn’t remove it completely..
It just alerts me very couple of seconds that winfixer is a potential threat …
Any help is greatly appreciated

Delete listed files and run a free scan just to make sure that u deleted everything

Antivirus xp 2008 from desktop and delete all traces of viruses and press enter regsitry editor will differ but they will be using right click 10 now open cwindowssystem32assuming you log in drive and find.
