How do I uninstall naorton antivirus from my program files on my windows xp?

I have removed the program from my add and remove programs, but norton is still running in my computer. I tried to delete it from my program files, but was denied acsess.Please offer any suggestions you have. They would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

The wrong registry keys you try and look for is total hell trying to download that says it is resource hog not delete if possible now delete everything that nortons has been removed from me on ok your f8 key and type in my spare time test.
