like you download it from another pc, and then to your flash disk and then install on your desktop? my desktop cant access the internet to download the virus def automatically, bcuz i dont have any phone line or wireless access..

You have to download definition update manually to your flash drive. Then you install it in your pc. You can download them from their official websites or download sites like majorgeeks.

For norton av hope other antiv manufacturers also have similar downloads available.
