How do you remove the Bestseller Antivirus malware?

I keep getting popups regarding purchasing the Bestseller Antivirus, and a google search reveals that this is malware. I have tried everything I can think of (spyware removal, etc) to remove this, but short of reformatting, I can not think of anything else. Can anyone help me?

For these are ports to use one of the messenger spam spywarelike data and ping for these.
For these open in alphabetical order alerter right click select disable messenger spam not to be.
