i have a bunch of viruses that must be manually deleted. i followed the instruction on the synmatec website. it says i need to run my computer in safe mode and run a virus scan from there. only problem is, that when i try to open norton in safe mode, it tells me that i cant. how do i make norton able to run in safe mode?

when your computer is about to start, keep pressing the F8 button on your keyboard. then go to Safe Mode option using your arrow keys and press enter. then just log on to your account like u normally would and run the Norton Antivirus scan
