How do you stop CA antivirus from displaying its banner in the corner every time it updates?

Computer associates has a banner that hovers over the corner of the screen everytime it updates. Its quite obnoxious.

The only way to stop this from appearing is to disable auto-update…. To disable autp-Updater, see your CA program instruction. Also, bare in mind that you may no longer be protected from viruses.
