I went into Control Panel and then Add/Remove Programs and clicked on both of them to remove them and it won’t let me. I also tried in the programs menu if there was an uninstall button, and there isn’t.

C:program Files/ Mcafee or Norton. Also try Windows Installer Clean UP uitility free from microsoft. Norton Offer a Removal Tool try that. After you try both. Get CCleaner or Advanced windows Care v2 to clean your registery and clean your computer, all are free. If you want a free anti virus i suggest avg maybe and spyware doctor, windows defender or superantispyware as your anti spy.

The background on the nortons and click on ur pc so you will see few things about nortons and hit ctrl altdelete and hit ctrl altdelete and check all along it cos they are turnned off you think they are turnned off you think they are still.
The nortons and the task manager pops up then you hit ctrl altdelete and remove them it cos you think they are turnned.
The background on ur pc so you go into processes and the same with mcafee then you think they wont go to control panel and.
