I want to protect against viruses and spyware etc., but what software does the best job? I’ve heard horror stories of McAfee and have never been a fan of NAV. Can someone advise? Many thanks!

Norton SystemWorks is really good, it’s about 50 or 60 euros/dollars but it’s really efficient. you might also need a firewall, try Sygate Firewall, you can get it free on internet… if you have both Norton and Sygate on your computer you’ll have no problems!
