I have AVG Free 8.0, Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware Free Edition and SUPERAntispyware Free Edition. Is it okay if I have all of these at once? Will they conflict? If so, which one should I delete?

I am living in Bulgaria and my subcribtion to Norton runs out this month, and I want to switch to a free program. It seems that AVG is well regarded. Can they both be working at the same time, or should I install AVG and disable Norton?

Ive heard its good to have a spyware program too. Is there a free one online as well as the virus protector and what else should u do to keep laptop running smooth? defrag? and how often do u do that? what about a free firewall or does the one windows xp has in it good??
