Do you know any site that has reliable rankings of these different programs?

This is what I have installed right now and it keeps finding infected files and deleting them, but I wonder if another program would find the heart of the problem so these files would stop getting infected in the first place. It’s removing the infected files, but doesn’t seem to be removing the virus. It’s called Win32/Relfeer.B The problem is that I’ve switched antivirus programs before and it’s just such a big headache with programs not being able to work together and causing conflicts… Does this program not remove viruses? Is it limited in that respect that it will only detect and remove the infected files? What should I do…

I once hired a guy to help me with some other issues, and he told me about a couple of free spyware/antivirus programs that are supposedly much better that Norton. But I lost the sheet where I wrote it down. Now Norton whants me to renew the subsdription, but I really don’t want to do it. The start up takes forever!

So my question’s just that. I’ve learned that it’s bad to have more than one antivirus program running on a single computer, but I was wondering, is it okay to one antivirus for my actual at-home computer, and a separate antivirus for the flash drive/portable device? Please and thank you.

I currently have avast! for my home computer and I’m thinking of getting ClamWin for the flash drive.

My computer is shutting itself down automatically doesn’t give me enough time to download or look at anything. How do I keep it open for awhile to download some antivirus programs?

Antivirus trigger is a fake program that can mess up your computer, apparently. At any rate, I’ve downloaded several real antivirus programs but the ones that have the ability to remove antivirus trigger cost around $30.

Does anyone have any experience with antivirus trigger?
