I just got a new HP which comes with Norton for 6 month trial. I previously had AVG free version.

Is it ok to install AVG along with NORTON? I’ve read one shouldn’t have more than 1 antivirus running together…..but can have more than one anti-spyware.

I noticed antivirus 2009 had taken a hold of my computer yesterday.
The thing is I’ve had a look at the program files and there is nothing from AV2009 on my computer or in any of the virus scans.

It’s restricting my AVG and won’t let it update so I can’t scan for other malaware etc. Any thoughts on how to do a complete clear out and get my PC back?

What is the lightest Antivirus with equal performance and updates? everyone says AVG, but is it better than NOD32? NOD32 ran lighter but AVG updates more, is it worth the extra RAM the updating?

Eset nod32 can’t remove infected file automaticly in flashdisk.
AVG can’t remove some kind of viruses
