Instead of my screensaver popping up, I get this message, Could not detect the Direct3D device. I’ve gone into control panel display and all of my screensavers say, no preview. Any suggestions on how I get this to work again. The antivirus software that I have is Trend Micro Antivirus. Thank you to anyone who can help

Somehow, a program called Advanced Antivirus and one called Antispyprotect got put onto my computer. They are very annoying. Popups and system alertsoccur every minute telling me I have viruses and I need to activate the program. I tried to remove the programs from the control panel, but I could not find them on the list.
