I have AVG Free 8.0, Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware Free Edition and SUPERAntispyware Free Edition. Is it okay if I have all of these at once? Will they conflict? If so, which one should I delete?

I tried to go to Control Panel and uninstall it from there, but it not in the list of programs to delete, it keeps popping up and telling me that I have virus and I need to purchase it to remove the threats…i dont want to buy anything…so please..anyone that is computer saavy..please help me!
