What’s a good website for comparing free (or not) antivirus software?

I had seen one once in a question here, but I didn’t save it and I haven’t been able to find it again.

It was one of those websites that tests various antivirus software every few months and would report the results.

Anybody know?

I once hired a guy to help me with some other issues, and he told me about a couple of free spyware/antivirus programs that are supposedly much better that Norton. But I lost the sheet where I wrote it down. Now Norton whants me to renew the subsdription, but I really don’t want to do it. The start up takes forever!

I want to install an antivirus to a computer which is not conected to internet, which antivirus will be best that don’t need update very soon? Or is it possible to get update in a removable disk from a computer which is conected to internet and than transfer it to a computer which is not conected to internet?

I hsve spybot search and destroy and avg free but i am not sure whether these are good detectors or not.
