All the expert reviews I’ve seen say that McAfee and Norton are pretty good, but then the user reviews say that neither is very good.

I’ve heard good things about Kaspersky from both experts and users, but I’ve never used it before.

Whats the best antivirus software i can get that wont slow my computer down i have bigpond not to happy with it at the moment i heard of mcafee or ca or avg and avast and bigponds own 1 whats one i can get i really need one b4 i can use my programme and also avg isnt all in 1 is it just virus what do you like best plz help?

I have 1.5 gigs of ram and 200 gig hard drive with a Pentium(R) 4 processor. The Geek Squad recommended PC Cillan. I had two friends who work with computers recommend Norton. Nobody recommended McAfee. Is there a good web site to compare these products?

I have Avira antivirus installed on my computer, however i now realize that my mcafee subscription is still valid for 2 more years.

So is it okay if i have both mcafee and avira?

I want to protect against viruses and spyware etc., but what software does the best job? I’ve heard horror stories of McAfee and have never been a fan of NAV. Can someone advise? Many thanks!
