I purchased two years of Norton Antivirus for my computer. I am looking to get a new computer. I purchased the program off of the website, so I don’t actually have the software. Is there any way to transfer it between computers or is it kind of stuck on the computer it is on?

So, I finally got the stupid Bloodhound.Exploit.109 file quarantined.
What would happen if I deleted it? And is it okay to just leave it Quarantined? I was trying to submit a sample to Norton but I kept getting an error message. -___-

What if I just get a new computer? Will that do anything?
