Xp Antivirus says My computer is infected with trojan spyware and?

There is a program called Antivirus 2009 on my computer that is at the bottom of the screen and it keeps sending pop-ups saying my computer has spyware. I tried to uninstall the program, it isn’t in my menu, and then it wasn’t in add or remove programs either, so there is no way to get rid of it.

I have Spybot and McAfee. Are they enough to keep my computer safe? Do I need a program for malware? I’m super paranoid because my old computer was horribly infected with all sorts of malware. It was terrible.

i **** its sooooooooo annoying it opens up fake alerts make fake scans, and renderes stupid stuff. i **** how do i get rid of it. free of charge. or can someone let me use their acount for a spyware just for this one thing?
