I have allowed all the necessary Firewall exceptions to support Yahoo antivirus, but the latest update doesn’t download the av.signature file. Any help?

This is what I have installed right now and it keeps finding infected files and deleting them, but I wonder if another program would find the heart of the problem so these files would stop getting infected in the first place. It’s removing the infected files, but doesn’t seem to be removing the virus. It’s called Win32/Relfeer.B The problem is that I’ve switched antivirus programs before and it’s just such a big headache with programs not being able to work together and causing conflicts… Does this program not remove viruses? Is it limited in that respect that it will only detect and remove the infected files? What should I do…

I have the Windows Antivirus spyware/virus. The one that has the little caution triangle in the corner and says Windows has detected spyware infection…

I did a search on Yahoo! Questions and tried all the suggestions. And so far I have downloaded Ad Aware, Norton, and Super Anti Spyware and none of them got rid of it!

How do I get rid of it? I can’t do anything on my computer with this darn thing on here!!!

I do have an antivirus protection. However, it appears that Norton was added to the email program when Yahoo did their upgrade. When I try to open a msg. with an attachment Norton pops up and does a scan that takes FOREVER to check. To get around this problem I send the msg. to another account provider and it opens okay. Tried to contact Yahoo tech. support but no answer yet from 2 weeks ago.

I had the norton antivirus on my pc, but has expired. I think I downloaded the Yahoo Antivirus package, but I can’t seem to find it? I want to make sure my pc remains protected.
